"You are living truth to yourself, within yourself, and for yourself. Nobody else can take your place," says Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. "The ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan reminds us of who we are, how great we are, and how we cannot be great if we are not grateful. Together let us experience Kundalini Yoga, dance, chant, meditate, and relax to the sound of the gong, deeply experiencing how true gratefulness in our lives will set us free."

People at any level of yoga experience are welcome. Beginners and those with years of experience in any school of yoga will benefit from this workshop. Kundalini Yoga embraces everyone, everywhere.

CE available. Extended hours. See the participant letter for more information (pdf format; must have Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa is the author of The Eight Human Talents: Restore the Balance and Serenity Within You With Kundalini Yoga; and many other books and videos. She is the cofounder and director of the Golden Bridge Nite Moon Yoga Center in Los Angeles.
