Led by internationally recognized Thai yoga massage teacher of the Lotus Palm School, Shai Plonski, this workshop is an invaluable addition to the fundamentals learned in Thai Yoga Massage 1 and completes the coursework for certification in Thai yoga massage—a combination of meditation, yoga, and compassion that benefits both client and therapist physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Beginning with a complete review of all techniques taught in Thai Yoga Massage 1, we learn:

  • 90 additional minutes of massage techniques, including side-lying postures (especially beneficial for prenatal sessions)
  • Expanded Thai energy lines
  • How to customize massages to accommodate common ailments and people of different sizes and flexibilities
