Stress is a common problem in a culture where we do too much on any given day. When we are stressed, it can be difficult to silence the mind and we may experience fatigue, anxiety, depression, insomnia, or physical or emotional imbalances.
Using yoga, meditation, and the ancient healing technique of Sat Nam RasayanŽ, Mahan Kirn Kaur Khalsa teaches us how to slow down and silence our mind. Through these tools of the Kundalini Yoga tradition, we come to experience shuniya, a contemplative state where the mind is silent. As we develop this contemplative mind, we heal our imbalances, learn to heal others, and come to relax in a very profound way.
This workshop is open to those at all levels of yoga experience as well as to those in the healing professions.
Mahan Kirn Kaur Khalsa is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Sat Nam RasayanŽ Healer, and White Tantric Yoga facilitator. She studied under Kundalini master Yogi Bhajan for more than 20 years and served as his personal healer and assistant. The author of Bound Lotus, she currently resides in New York and travels around the globe teaching yoga and healing workshops. boundlotus.com
