Many of us have caught a glimpse of our true nature as limitless space, silence, peace, and unconditional love. We may touch into this deeper reality in meditation, on a retreat, or in nature. Our challenge is to recognize this truth as a gift and a blessing, and live this realization in every dimension of our day-to-day life.
In this interactive workshop, author and teacher Arjuna Ardagh shares tools from his translucent spiritual practice, practical things we can do to enhance our relationships, sexuality, parenting, work, art, and social and political climate.
These practices are as profound as they are succinct. Typically they take less than five minutes and are designed as an antidote to the ancient habits of the mind, returning us to blessings.
These translucent practices are not a means to a more enlightened future; rather, they are a direct path to a more alive and generous present moment.
