The One Thing Holding You Back

Emotional Connection for Total Transformation

Registration for this workshop has ended. Go to the Search Workshops page to look for upcoming workshops.

What almost always prevents us from manifesting our greatest life vision is a reservoir of unfelt emotion. Resisting this emotion is what sabotages prayer, affirmations, or any other personal-growth technique.

Finding and feeling this emotion is what infuses our mission with Spirit and makes us truly unstoppable. It’s simple, but most of us never learn precisely how—not at home, school, or even in therapy.

This workshop can help.

Grounded in both contemporary neuroscience and the great wisdom traditions, it shows us how to overcome lifelong struggles with our career, family, relationships, self-esteem, work, weight, or addictions. It is gentle and safe, yet also intense and accelerated. Practices include “inner surfing,” journaling, movement, yoga, chant, collage, energy work, and mind-heart attunements.

During the second half of the workshop, you also have the opportunity to cocreate a unique healing journey designed specifically to resolve your own core challenge. This journey not only enables the kind of personal accomplishment you’ve longed for; it also helps you serve the world.
