An enduring relationship is one of life’s greatest treasures. It is created by our being fully present together—aware, open, and wholeheartedly immersing ourselves in whatever experiences life has to offer. By turns, our being together may be blissful, funny, angry, tender, hurtful, or healing. It is by staying present while going through all these changes together that our intimacy and our love are immeasurably enriched.
The Borofskys’ special gift is their ability to authentically embody what they are teaching and at the same time make it practical, precise, and easily learnable. They offer their own unique and elegantly simple set of exercises for couples to clarify what intimacy is and how it is sustained. When practiced over time, these exercises cultivate a profound sense of connectedness.
This workshop is open to all couples, young or old, married or unmarried, and of any sexual orientation, who are interested in mastering the intimate art of deeply loving one another.
Antra Kalnins Borofsky, EdM, and Richard Borofsky, EdD, are master teachers in the art of intimacy. Their clarity, compassion, and humor come from 38 years together as a couple and 34 years of working as couples’ therapists in their Cambridge, Massachusetts private practice and in workshops nationally. beingtogether.com
