Purna Yoga ("purna" is Sanskrit for "complete") distills and integrates the vastness of yoga into a complete and invaluable set of tools for transformation and healing.

In this immersion, we are reminded that yoga is far more than exercise; it offers wisdom and techniques for the union of body and mind with spirit.

Guided by senior Purna Yoga teacher Ross Berkwich, we learn:
  • Alignment-based asana
  • Pranayama
  • Purna Yoga meditation (the art of aligning inner energies for transformation)
  • Nutrition and yogic philosophy adapted for our lifestyle today
Ultimately, we experience that, like a tuning fork, Purna Yoga aligns our entire being with the vibration of truth and the divine essence within and all around us.

This workshop is open to those at any level of fitness or yoga experience. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required.

Ross Berkwich, a certified yoga teacher, spent his first decade in the yoga community studying with the world's top teachers in styles as diverse as Iyengar, Ashtanga, Power, Jivamukti, Bikram, and Amrit yogas. He then discovered his passion for Purna Yoga and became a senior teacher personally trained by founder Aadil Palkhivala, who says, "Ross makes an ideal teacher for students who are ready to progress on the path of Purna Yoga."
