We serve a light buffet dinner (salad, soup, bread) on arrival evenings from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. Meals are also available for purchase at the Omega Cafe. See below for arrival and departure times.
ARRIVAL
For weekend workshops plan to arrive for check-in on Friday between 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. for a 7:30 p.m. orientation session. Workshops begin at 8 p.m. Meals begin with a light dinner Friday evening and end with lunch on Sunday. Commuters arrive on the same schedule. See course descriptions for exceptions. If the course description says "Special schedule" there will be a letter listing the workshop hours.
For Monday through Friday 5-day workshops plan to arrive for check-in on Sunday between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. for an 8 p.m. orientation session. Workshops begin at 9 a.m. Monday morning. Meals begin with a light dinner Sunday night and end with lunch on Friday. Commuters may check in from 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Monday morning. See course descriptions for exceptions. If the course description says "Special schedule" there will be a letter listing the workshop hours.
DEPARTURE
You must be checked out of your room by 1 p.m. on departure day. Weekend workshops end Sunday at noon. Monday through Friday 5-day workshops end Friday at noon.
