In this intensive, we explore the mind-body relationship through body-centered practices, such as asana, and mind-centered practices, such as meditation, to improve our own and our students’ overall well-being. Through asana, pranayama, meditation, and mudra practices, as well as other yoga therapy skills whose healing properties are supported by both traditional yoga philosophy and modern scientific evidence, we learn how to create healing yoga practices for ourself and our students.
