This class offers a sequence of yoga poses fine-tuned to the needs of women. We learn to practice in a way that honors the many cyclic hormonal changes that women experience throughout their lives. Issues to be covered include how to practice during the menstrual cycle, menstrual problems, premenstrual syndrome, and the changes brought about by menopause. Bring three blankets, one block, one belt, and a yoga mat. CE credit available.
