In this intensive, we learn methods for exploring ourself through asana, as well as the Ashtanga Yoga system of Patanjali, leading to the mighty yoga of Sri Aurobindo, which involves the evolution of consciousness itself. This is the path of Purna Yoga™. Included in this intensive are asana practice, meditation, relaxation, and the application of yogic philosophy in life. Six months of asana practice is recommended.
