Ashtanga Yoga: An Introduction

This class offers an introduction to Ashtanga Yoga to anyone at any level of experience in yoga. The building blocks of Ashtanga Yoga are explored through the basic elements of breath, bandhas, and vinyasa. A short overview of Ashtanga Yoga is followed by an introductory flow through an abbreviated sequence from Ashtanga Yoga’s First Series. The class ends with a guided deep relaxation session. CE credit available.
